Durably strives to make meaningful impact by matching passionate ESG professionals with companies, either at the start of their sustainability journey or well on their way to integrating sustainability into their business’ core. Durably provides support on strategic, tactical and operational levels.

Our ESG experts guide companies in sustainable growth through transparent communication, aligning all stakeholders and using sustainable data.

We are committed in contributing to higher employment rates by offering support in education and job placement within the ESG sector by own developed programs or partnerships. We want to empower any individual that wants to start or advance their careers in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) by investing in education and creating pathways to ESG employment and assignments.

With Durably we subscribe to the United Nations Sustainability Goals. We want to achieve material impact as a standalone organization. Therefore we have integrated SDG 4, 5, 8 and 12 into our own core values and company mission.

In her mission, she not only makes a difference but also actively contributes to the realization of the broader SDG objectives, shaping a future where talent drives positive change.

Jan is the evangelist of Durably's vision, where sustainability is not just a goal but a purpose, and sustainable business is the only way forward. Jan strongly believes in co-creation and co-innovation with clients, building ecosystems with partners, and leveraging sustainability data to empower companies to make positive impact.
